Hi! I’m Kristen: a second-year medical student, a certified personal trainer, and a former public health volunteer in Trujillo, Peru. I love holistic wellness, sustainable living, travel, and anything related to the brain. My passions in medicine include preventative medicine and working with underserved populations in the southwest US. I have two kittens, Loki and Athena, and my fiancé and I are doing long distance through grad school. Follow along my journey through medical school, and let’s get to know each other!
